U.S. Department of Labor Cites El Paso Construction Company For Trenching and Excavation Safety Hazards

EL PASO, TX – The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has cited El Paso Underground Construction for failing to protect its employees from trench collapse hazards. The pipe-laying company faces proposed penalties of $190,642. Continue reading
