Class will also cover the basics of developing training records that can lower the number of incidents at a company and boost employee involvement. This course follows the 3 tier approach to identifying, instructing, and evaluating the competency of employees on any job or task. Students will study just how easy it is to develop and maintain this management tool through hands on workshops, examples, and research. Regulations governing the accountability of training documentation is also covered in this essential course designed for all companies.
