Not knowing how to properly report can affect insurance premiums and prevent companies from bidding on larger contracts. This course goes through the OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1904 and offers explanations and insight into who, what, when, and how of OSHA recordkeeping. Class will also cover the basics of developing training records that can lower the number of incidents at a company and boost employee involvement. If you are not familiar with OSHA’s Multi-Employer’s Worksite Policy, then you need to take this class before you let another subcontractor come onto your site.
Class runs from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day.

December 10:
(JSA/JHA) Job Safety Analysis Development Training (1 day class)
ENMUR/NCEHSE RATE…$195 pp
The Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) are the cornerstone of any quality safety program. Not only are they required by OSHA for just about every task, employers must certify that they have been done prior to starting work. Unfortunately, many companies do not know how to do one or they may have been taught incorrectly. This class covers the requirements for training and how OSHA suggest JSA’s and JHA’s should be done.
Class runs from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day.

December 11:
Developing Defendable Training Records (1 day class)
ENMUR/NCEHSE Rate …$125
Creating, developing, and utilizing training records that can show the status of any employee at a moment’s notice is the goal of any effective safety program. What it takes to accomplish this has been well developed for the past 30 years but is known to only a few. This course follows the 3 tier approach to identifying, instructing, and evaluating the competency of employees on any job or task. Students will study just how easy it is to develop and maintain this management tool through hands on workshops, examples, and research. Regulations governing the accountability of training documentation is also covered in this essential course designed for all companies.
Class runs from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day

Free Training for those who “follow” our website

If you were one of the great professionals that “follow” our website and keep up with what we are doing, we want to “thank you”! We are offering a free course on “Developing Training Records”….. that won’t send you to jail. OSHA and many other agencies require training records that are accurate, timely, and reflect the current training of EVERY individual working for you. Many large “Bids” require access to company training records in order to place a bid on a contract and refuse companies that can not comply. This class will help you develop training records for your employees that are timely, accurate, and are defend-able. The on-line class will start 26 October and is 15 hours long.*** End time is when you finish the 15 hours, so you can take as long as you want to finish the class (this is a real class and you can get college credit if you are a ENMUR student). If you would like to take advantage of this free class please contact director@ncehsedu.com and we will send you a short registration form so we know who is in the class and arrange for your certificate.
