This course goes through the OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1904 and offers explanations and insight into who, what, when, and how of OSHA recordkeeping. Class will also cover the basics of developing training records that can lower the number of incidents at a company and boost employee involvement. If you are not familiar with OSHA’s Multi-Employer’s Worksite Policy, then you need to take this class before you let another subcontractor come onto your site.

Unfortunately, many companies do not know how to do one or they may have been taught incorrectly. This class covers the requirements for training and how OSHA suggest JSA’s and JHA’s should be done.
Class runs from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day.

December 11:
Developing Defendable Training Records (1 day class)

This course follows the 3 tier approach to identifying, instructing, and evaluating the competency of employees on any job or task. Students will study just how easy it is to develop and maintain this management tool through hands on workshops, examples, and research. Regulations governing the accountability of training documentation is also covered in this essential course designed for all companies.
Class runs from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day
